Click or tap inside the player first. Check the controls printed on the game page, then use the game's menu to restart. Reloading the page may reset the current session.
Contact the game provider
Each game page includes a reference link to its source. For an issue inside the game, use that provider's contact channel. Include the game title, page address, browser, device, and what happened immediately before the problem.
